Swim-a-thon?

Each swimmer swims 200 lengths = 5KM (or as much as they can) starting at their start time. This is a fun event and is designed to challenge your swimmer.

On Swim-a-thon day your swimmer shows up with a person to count their laps. There is a maximum of 2 hours to complete the 200 lengths.

STEP 1:
Register your swimmer. For families with multiple swimmers it is suggested that you register as a family instead of individually. Click on: www.ontarioswimathon.ca/norac

STEP 2:
Send out an email, post the link on Facebook, tweet on Twitter, Snap Chat and start collecting. Donations can be received now and after the day of the swim-a-thon.

STEP 3:

Join us: THURSDAY June 9 or Friday June 10th, 2022 at Jack Burger Complex and SWIM 🙂

Your swimmer will need someone to count their laps on Swim-a-thon day.
The counter will sit on the pool deck to count and offer encouragement.
Counting sheet and clipboard will be provided.

Our GOAL: $5,000.00

Northumberland Aquatic Club is a competitive swim club supporting swimmers of all ages and abilities within a professional and instructional environment.

Our aim for Swim-A-Thon is to raise $5,000, which will be returned directly back into swimmer development through special events (e.g., Olympian visit), specialized clinics/workshops).Thank you for your support!

Our club directly receives 90% of the funds raised so let’s try and meet our goal.

As a club, we all benefit from your participation.
